Hi Guys! Get out of the cold and come join us at North Frederick Elementary School on Saturday, February 28, 2015 from 11:00 – 3:00 pm for their fun-tastic carnival. Bring the kids for games, a bounce house, crafts, great food….. of course FACE PAINTING, and so much more! We’ll be there the entire time whipping up some fun and fanciful faces.
